Before starting a return, we encourage you to reach out to our team. We’re real people here at Paragon Pro, and in many cases we can troubleshoot any issue, answer questions, or find a solution without the need to send your equipment back.

All returns require approval before being sent back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and next steps.

Please note: Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted.


  

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unassembled
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or order number

 

 

Return Shipping Information

Due to the size and nature of our equipment, return shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to:

  • Shipping damage
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An order or fulfillment error on our part

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


  

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale, used, or discounted items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order at any time.


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.


  

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
