This Protection Plan provides long-term confidence that your equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

Coverage does not include:

  • Misuse, neglect, improper handling, or exceeding weight limits
  • Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or environmental exposure
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear-and-tear components (ie...casters, sheaves, cables, end caps)

Submit proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested.

3. Inspection or Return
If approved, we will provide return instructions and cover applicable shipping costs.


Repair, Replacement, or Refund

Once approved, Paragon Pro may:

  • Repair the unit at no cost
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit
  • Refund the original purchase price if repair/replacement is not possible

This Protection Plan ensures your equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, giving you long-term confidence in your investment.

Protection Plan Coverage & Duration

Paragon Pro provides a Limited Lifetime Protection Plan on your product, effective from the date of purchase.  This Protection Plan covers all repairs or replacements required due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including all parts and labor, at no cost to you.  Coverage applies for the lifetime of the product for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required to make a claim.

What Is Covered

This Protection Plan covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • Replacement of covered faulty parts, including the frame, lifting mechanism, handles, and control components
  • Repair or replacement of the unit if it cannot be repaired.
  • Shipping or transportation charges required to return the unit for approved repair or replacement

What Is Not Covered

This Protection Plan does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling, including exceeding weight limits or using the Panellift for unintended purposes
  • Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, or environmental exposure
  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized service providers.
  • Damage caused by improper storage or failure to follow maintenance instructions
  • Normal wear and tear on components such as wheel pulleys, casters, and cables, which may require replacement over time

How to Make a Protection Plan Claim

To request service under the Protection Plan:

  2. Provide documentation
    Submit proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and the issue may be requested.
  3. Return or inspection process
    We may request that the product be returned for inspection. If the claim is approved, Paragon Pro will provide return instructions and cover applicable shipping costs.

Repair, Replacement, or Refund

Once your claim is approved, Paragon Pro will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective unit at no cost to you, or
  • Replace the defective unit with a new or refurbished equipment of equal or greater value, or
  • Refund the original purchase price if the unit cannot be repaired or replaced

Exclusions and Limitations

  • This Protection Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Coverage is void if the equipment has been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Indirect or consequential damages, including lost time or labor costs, are not covered

Legal Rights

This Protection Plan provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.
